La sorpresa di vedere dolci splendidi è sempre enorme, che si tratti di creazioni vegane o meno. In questo caso, essendo completamente vegetale, il risultato è davvero sorprendente, nell’estetica e nel gusto. Complimenti davvero!

Sto già intraprendendo un corso professionale di pasticceria di base per diventare pasticcera. Da subito però mi sono sentita affascinata anche per il mondo vegan e il senza glutine, per questo ho voluto seguire il corso di Alessia luisa . Persona molto professionale e molto precisa nello spiegare le basi e i vari passaggi delle ricette. Ho completato il corso di torte moderne vegan, ma non vedo l’ora di farne già un altro. Corso utilissimo perché non solo offre ricette basi per la preparazione di torte vegane buone e belle ma insegna i meccanismi di sostituzione degli ingredienti “tradizionali” con ingredienti vegani. Questo è l’elemento che mi interessava maggiormente e che mi ha reso più consapevole nella realizzazione dei dolci di questo tipo. Lo consiglio vivamente!
