L’Opéra del Dolce Academy was born in 2020 and we felt the need to change, improve and bring new things.

The VEGAN PASTRY CLUB: a subscription platform with access to hundreds of vegan pastry recipes, for amateurs and professionals, desserts of all types and for all levels, explained step by step. The purpose of the platform is to offer you many ideas in a vegan key so that you no longer have to think about how to modify and rebalance recipes with eggs-butter, here in the Club you have them all ready. No more mistakes, no more ugly, tasteless, rubbery desserts.
In the Club you will find tested recipes for desserts of all types.
